the hotel is very close to the city center. the reception team upgraded my room. when i arrived at the wrong place, they ordered a taxi for me at no charge.
the room i stayed in had bed bugs. i had bites all over upon waking up.

The breakfast was quite a treat. i loved the spanish restaurant downstairs. It added such a warm touch. our room was very spacious. It really was like a treat.
our room seemed a bit outdated. the noise from the street was quite noticeable at night. there also was no air conditioning, it made it a bit stuffy.

The hotel is near the astronomical clock. It took only a few minutes on foot to get there. The breakfast area had very nice decor and was colorful (a cheerful start to the day). Breakfast itself was rich and high quality.
The bathroom needed a serious refurbishment. I noticed a smell and some black mold around the shower. The room felt outdated. The furnishings were in bad condition.
